Enjoy a comforting, warming treatment by microwaving in 10 second increments. May be hot when removed from microwave. Freeze for a few hours for a cooling, calming compress that soothes swelling. Monitor and test before placing on eyes.
To clean
Remove insert before handwashing cover. Lay cover flat to dry. Do not get insert wet: spot clean only.
