Inclement Weather:
We keep a close eye on the skies. In the event of rain or severe weather, a farm representative will contact you by noon on the day of your scheduled workshop. You'll be offered the option to reschedule your visit for another date. We appreciate your understanding - nature sets the tone, and we follow her lead.
Cancellations:
We understand plans can change. Cancellations are eligible for a full refund up to 5 days before your scheduled workshop. After this window, bookings are considered final due to the preparation involved in your experience. To transfer your booking to someone else, please contact us directly.
Setting:
Each guest will have their own table, chair, and all the tools and materials needed to create theirl lavender wreath. The workshop takes place outdoors in the fresh air, please dress for the weather. We recommend bringing: sunhat and sunglasses, sunscreen and bug spray, garden gloves (optional but helpful).
Accessibility:
The lavender fields are set on gently hilly farmland, and guests will walk along grassy, uneven ground to reach the workshop area. If you require mobility assistance, please contact us prior to booking so we can prepare your space accordingly.
Bees & Nature:
Our farm is shared with the local pollinators that help it flourish. Bees are present and generally peaceful, but if you have a bee sting allergy, we kindly ask you to take necessary precautions when considering a visit.
Dogs & Other Pets:
As much as we love furry friends, pets are not allowed on the property, with the exception of certified service animals. This is to protect both your animals and our crops.
