Shipping

We currently ship with Canada Post, within Canada, and the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Orders placed on purplehollow.ca are processed within 3 business days. You will receive an e-mail notification once your order has shipped.

Refunds and Returns

All of our products are handmade and may vary in appearance. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, however we will exchange any product that is damaged or defective. If you should receive an item you are not satisfied with, please email us at [email protected]
